Who we are
Syntropy Intelligence LLC (“Syntropy,” “we,” “us”) is a Wyoming limited liability company and the developer of PhiVerse. This policy explains how we handle information when you use our iOS software and related services.
Privacy by design
We structured PhiVerse so the most sensitive parts of your profile stay under your control in Apple’s ecosystem—not on our servers.
Your birth date, time, and place stay in your personal iCloud, secured with Apple’s CloudKit. We do not need—and do not receive—that raw record on our infrastructure to deliver the product experience described in the app.
What stays with Apple
Depending on how you use PhiVerse, the following classes of data may exist in your iCloud account, subject to Apple’s terms and security practices:
- Birth date, time, and location used for chart computation
- Conversation history with PHI, where the app stores it in CloudKit
- In-app preferences or profile fields the app persists to your private database
What we may process
To operate accounts, on-device engines, and customer support, we may process categories of data that the app transmits to our systems, for example:
- An opaque or pseudonymous identifier (“ΦID” or similar)
- Derived chart metrics produced on-device, used to render insights
- In-app currency balance (e.g., SPARK) and subscription status via App Store receipts
- Device tokens strictly for push notifications, if enabled
We do not sell personal information. We do not run third-party advertising in PhiVerse. We do not share data with data brokers.
Why CloudKit
We rely on Apple CloudKit because it keeps sensitive personal records encrypted and scoped to the user’s Apple ID, aligns with Apple platform expectations, and allows you to manage deletion through iOS settings where applicable.
Your choices
If you are in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you may have rights to access, rectify, delete, restrict, or port personal data, and to object to certain processing. If you are a California resident, you may have rights under the CCPA/CPRA to know, delete, and opt out of sale/sharing (we do not sell personal information).
To exercise privacy rights or ask questions, email admin@syntropyintelligencellc.com with the subject line Privacy request. Include the Apple ID email you use with PhiVerse so we can verify ownership when required.
Children
PhiVerse is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
International transfers
We operate from the United States. If you access PhiVerse from other countries, your information may be processed in the U.S. and protected using contractual and technical safeguards appropriate to the risk.
Changes
We may update this policy as our products or legal obligations evolve. The “Last updated” date above will change when we publish a revision.
